Brie & Raspberry Melt

This is a tea room favorite, and especially delicious in the coolness of the fall and winter seasons. A quick appetizer for dinner guests or a lovely addition to any tea table. You can substitute the raspberry jam with any other jam of your choice. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 box Athens Phyllo shells
4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 15 cubes
Raspberry jam
Almond slices (optional)

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350

Place 15 Phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Place 1 tsp. of raspberry jam in the bottom of each shell. Place a cube of brie cheese on top of raspberry. Top with a few sliced almonds, if you prefer.

Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve warm or room temperature.
