Ingredients:
1 lb. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 ¼ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. crushed potato chips
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Lightly grease cookie sheet (or use parchment paper).
Cream butter and sugar together with mixer. Add vanilla and slowly add flour. Using your hands blend in crushed potato chips. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
