A fun sandwich for March - or any time of year!
Ingredients:
1 mini French baguette, sliced (12-15 sliced)
4 Tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
½ lb Corned Beef
1/4lb Swiss cheese
1 small can sauerkraut
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 3500
Spread each baguette with 1 tsp. Thousand Island dressing
Fold 1 slice of corned beef and place on top of dressing
Add a small mound of sauerkraut
Top with small piece of Swiss cheese
Place on baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm
Yield: 12- 15 bites
