The Perfect Pot/Cup of Tea
- Use the best water – such as spring – heat until just boiling.
- Measure 1 scoop (approx. 1 tsp.) of fresh tea leaves for each cup.
- Place leaves in your choice of filter or infuser.
- Place filter in pot/cup and pour hot water over leaves.
- Steep 3-5 minutes to allow leaves to unfurl and the full flavor to infuse.
- Remove filter and enjoy!
- Store tea in a dry, airtight container.
